cup Brie cheese, rind removed

thin slices baguette French bread (about 1/2 inch thick)

to 3 tablespoons apple jelly

thin slices Granny Smith apple
Preparation
Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with foil.
Spread 1 teaspoon cheese on each slice of bread. Top each with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon jelly. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes.
Transfer hot appetizers to serving plate. Top each with apple slice. Serve immediately.
