Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh apple cider 

4 ounces (1/2 cup) apple brandy, preferably Applejack 

1 ounce (2 tablespoons) dry vermouth 

A few dashes bitters 

Orange twists, for garnish 

Preparation

Combine apple cider with apple brandy, dry vermouth, and bitters. Divide between 2 ice-filled glasses, and garnish each with an orange twist.
