(3-oz.) pkg. chicken-flavor ramen noodle soup mix

cups cubed cooked chicken

cup frozen peas and carrots

tablespoons chopped onion or 2 teaspoons instant chopped onion

(2.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Preparation

In large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add ramen noodles, seasoning packets, chicken, peas and carrots and onion; mix well. Cook over medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Stir in mushrooms; cook until thoroughly heated.
