Ingredients

1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream 

1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons adobo sauce (without chipotles) 

2 to 3 tablespoons milk 

Coarse salt and ground pepper 

Preparation

In a small bowl, stir together reduced-fat sour cream, adobo sauce, and milk; season with coarse salt and ground pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
