Ingredients

1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro 

1/4 cup finely chopped mint 

1 tablespoon sesame oil 

1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried chile 

1 tablespoon minced ginger 

1 teaspoon grated lime zest 

Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper 

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and serve on meat or fish of your choice.
