                        pouch Betty Crocker™ double chocolate chunk cookie mix

1/4

cup vegetable oil

2

tablespoons water

1

egg

1/2

cup chocolate-covered espresso beans, coarsely chopped

cups Cocoa Puffs™ cereal

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until soft dough forms. (If dough is dry, stir in additional 1 to 2 teaspoons water.) Stir in espresso beans and cereal.

Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop and shape dough by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are dry. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
