Ingredients

cup fat-free ricotta cheese

tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves

tablespoons lemon juice

tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream

can (9 oz) or 2 cans (5 oz each) albacore tuna in water, drained
Preparation
Line 2-cup metal bowl or mold with plastic wrap.
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Spread mixture in bowl.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Carefully unmold onto serving plate.
