Salt and pepper 

Vinegar 

Halved cherry tomatoes 

Grated Parmesan 

Basil, shredded 

Preparation

Stir pesto into cooked grains. Season with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Toss in cherry tomatoes, Parmesan, and basil.
