cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, chopped

cup pine nuts

tablespoons butter, melted

tablespoons olive oil

teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Heat oven to 425°F. In medium bowl, toss together all ingredients. Spread mixture in ungreased 17x12-inch half-sheet pan.

Roast uncovered 12 to 15 minutes, stirring twice, until beans are tender and browned.
