Ingredients

lb lean ground turkey breast

1/2

cup chopped fresh mushrooms

1/4

cup chopped green onions (4 medium)

1/4

cup finely chopped red bell pepper (1/4 medium)

tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

1

teaspoon chopped garlic in water (from 4.5-oz jar)

1

tablespoon teriyaki baste and glaze (from 12-oz bottle)

Preparation

Heat closed contact grill for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix all ingredients except teriyaki baste and glaze. Shape mixture into 6 patties, 1/2 inch thick.

When grill is heated, place patties on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until patties are no longer pink in center.

Spread 1/2 teaspoon teriyaki baste and glaze on each patty.
