container (8 oz) plain hummus
1
large red bell pepper (cut into 1/4-inch strips)

carrot (1-inch diameter)
Parsley sprigs
1
large yellow bell pepper
Chives (cut into 1-inch pieces)
Broccoli and cauliflower florets
Brussels sprouts, steamed (1/2- to 1-inch diameter)
Preparation
To assemble garden: Spread hummus evenly onto rectangular serving platter. Place red pepper strips, cutting to fit, onto hummus to create garden borders.
To make “pumpkins”: Cut carrot into 1/2-inch slices. Using toothpick, poke a hole in side of each carrot; insert 1 small parsley sprig into each carrot for leaf. Stand pumpkins on end in one garden section.
To make “corn cobs”: Cut 1-inch pieces of yellow bell pepper; place in the second garden section. Place chive pieces on sides of each corn cob for husks.
Place small broccoli and cauliflower florets in the third garden section and Brussels sprouts in the fourth section.
