Ingredients

container (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese spread (1 cup), softened

oz feta cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)

1

oz blue cheese, crumbled (1/4 cup)

1/2

teaspoon dried basil leaves

1/2

teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed

1

tablespoon finely chopped chives or green onion tops

2

red or green apples or pears, cut into 20 slices each, or assorted crackers

Preparation

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, feta cheese, blue cheese, basil and rosemary with electric mixer on medium speed, or with spoon until well mixed.

Cover; refrigerate about 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.

To serve, place in serving bowl; sprinkle with chives. Serve with fruit or crackers.
