1 cup toasted and chopped salted almonds

1/3 cup toasted salted sunflower kernels

1 cup golden raisins

4 cups low-fat plain yogurt

1 pint hulled and sliced strawberries

Maple syrup

Preparation

Combine oats, almonds, sunflower kernels, and raisins. Serve with yogurt and strawberries. Drizzle with maple syrup.
