cups chopped romaine lettuce

cup chopped fresh basil leaves

cup cut-up cooked chicken

large tomatoes, chopped (2 cups)

medium cucumbers, chopped (1 1/2 cups)

package (3 oz) Italian salami, chopped

can (15 to 16 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

Preparation

In tightly covered container, shake all vinaigrette ingredients.

In large bowl, place all salad ingredients. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss until coated. Serve immediately.
