Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt 

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 

2 teaspoons chopped capers 

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 

2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill 

Preparation

In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. This yogurt sauce should be used on the day that it is made.
