Ingredients

package (16 oz) Kraft™ Velveeta™ original cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

oz beer (from 12-oz bottle)

can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles

cloves garlic, finely chopped

1

tablespoon Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)

container (8 oz) sour cream

1/4

cup diced tomato

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips, as desired

Preparation

In 2-quart microwavable bowl, mix cheese, beer, green chiles, garlic and taco seasoning mix. Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes; stir, then microwave 3 to 5 minutes longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth.

Stir in sour cream, and top with diced tomato and cilantro. Serve with chips.
