scoop chocolate protein powder (6 tablespoons)

cup almond milk

cup ice cubes

teaspoon instant espresso coffee powder or granules, steeped in 1/4 cup hot water

tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa

tablespoon ground flaxseed meal

Preparation

In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.

Pour into glass. Serve immediately.
