Ingredients Cupcakes (any flavor) Swiss Meringue Buttercream for Cupcake Decorating Unblanched almond slices Black jelly beans Chocolate-covered sunflower seeds Pastry bag Small multi-opening tip Preparation Frost tops of cupcakes with a thin layer of buttercream.
