cups seeded, finely diced plum (Roma) tomatoes (about 6 medium)

cup finely diced white onion

medium jalapeño chili, seeded and finely chopped (about 3 tablespoons)

cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

teaspoon salt

Preparation

In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 3 days.
