Ingredients

3 cups fresh pineapple chunks (from 1/2 pineapple), plus wedges and leaves, for serving

6 ounces (3/4 cup) gold or white rum

6 ounces (3/4 cup) cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez

4 cups crushed ice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide among chilled glasses, garnish with pineapple wedges and leaves, and serve immediately.
