oz cooked penne pasta

can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, any flavor

1/2

cup balsamic vinaigrette

oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, diced (1 cup)

Chopped fresh basil for garnish, if desired

Preparation

Chop fresh basil for garnish, if desired.

In large bowl, toss pasta, tomatoes and vinaigrette. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerated until serving.
