Ingredients

One 12-by-2-inch loaf of bread 

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 

Kosher salt 

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Slice the bread in quarters lengthwise. Place the 4 bread-sticks on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Drizzle oil over each breadstick and sprinkle with salt.
