Ingredients

One 6-inch corn tortilla

1/3 cup fresh tomato salsa

1/4 cup torn romaine lettuce

1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons nonfat Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

Preparation

Char tortilla over an open flame or under a broiler. Fill with salsa, lettuce, and yogurt. Garnish with cilantro.
