Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 small head cabbage, coarsely chopped
2 caraway seeds
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cabbage and caraway seeds. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally until soft, 7 to 10 minutes. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Serve immediately.
