lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ refried beans

1

can (10 oz) Old El Paso™ enchilada sauce

package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ 40% Less-Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix

jar (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Thick ’n Chunky salsa

hot dog or bratwurst buns, split

3

cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (12 oz)

3

cups shredded lettuce

large tomatoes, chopped (2 cups)

container (12 oz) sour cream

Preparation

In 12-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, place beef. Stir in refried beans, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning mix and salsa.

Cover and cook on Low heat setting 4 to 6 hours.

To serve, fill each bun with about 1/3 cup beef mixture and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
