Ingredients

1/4 cup light soy sauce 

2 tablespoons rice vinegar 

3/4 teaspoon sesame oil 

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon water 

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 

2 teaspoons chopped garlic 

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Serve in individual dipping bowls with any dumpling or roll, or with steamed vegetables.
