tablespoon vegetable oil

pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1/8-inch strips

packages (3 ounces each) pork-flavor ramen noodle soup mix

cups water

tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons parsley flakes

tablespoon soy sauce

1

cup broccoli flowerets

medium red bell pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

medium green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces

Preparation

Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is slightly pink.

Gently break apart blocks of noodles. Stir noodles, contents of seasoning packets and remaining ingredients into pork.

Heat to boiling. Boil 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened.
