ripe medium banana, cut into chunks

cups soymilk

tablespoon caramel fat-free topping

cups crushed ice

teaspoon ground cinnamon

teaspoon ground cardamom

1/8

teaspoon ground ginger

1/8

teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation

In blender or food processor, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.

Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
