cups packed torn romaine lettuce

cups chopped cooked chicken

large mangoes, seed removed, peeled and cut up (2 cups)

cup fresh raspberries (6 oz)

cup crumbled goat cheese (2 oz)

1/4

cup roasted salted sunflower nuts

1/2

cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Preparation

Place 2 cups lettuce on each of 4 serving plates. Evenly arrange chicken, mangoes, raspberries, cheese and sunflower nuts on lettuce. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
