package (6 ounces) chèvre (goat) cheese with peppercorns, softened

cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese (4 ounces)

1/4

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1/4

cup diced red bell pepper

tablespoons small capers, drained

Toasted baguette slices

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except baguette slices in shallow 6-inch microwavable quiche or au gratin dish. Microwave uncovered on High 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.

Serve cheese spread with baguette slices.
