Ingredients

can (15 oz) black beans with cumin and chili, undrained

can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained

bag (12 oz) frozen whole kernel corn

1

jar (16 oz) mild green tomatillo salsa

1/2

cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips (about 1 oz)

avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into cubes

1

lime, sliced, then slices cut into quarters

1/4

cup sour cream

Preparation

In 4-quart saucepan, stir together beans, tomatoes, corn, salsa and tortilla chips. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium.

Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Top individual servings with avocado, lime, sour cream and if desired, additional tortilla chips.
